New Staff Announcement: TWT Group is Growing


We’re excited to introduce two new hires here at TWT Group. Our company is growing across western Canada and we’re happy to add these new members to our team.

twt-groupChris Ryan is our new senior infrastructure consultant. He’s been working in IT since high school, where he managed his school’s network, giving him 14 years of experience in the industry. Originally from Newfoundland, Chris came to Calgary in 2007 on the hunt for new opportunities.

At TWT, Chris will be responsible for assisting our clients and making their lives easier. He’ll ensure everything is working in the background and will help our little company grow bigger and become better.

We’ve been chatting with Chris for a while now and we’re excited to finally bring him on board.

Chris loves to cook and spend time with his wife and his dog. He’s about to embark on an adventure with his wife to Mexico, where he will continue to work for TWT Group.

twt-groupWe’re excited to have Rafael Benício work with TWT as a service technician until the end of August. A computer science student at the University of Calgary, Rafael is originally from Brazil. He’s studying in Canada on a scholarship and is fluent in both English and Portuguese. He intends to graduate from the Universidade Estacio de Sa in Rio de Janeiro in 2015.

Over the next three months, Rafael will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, handling support tickets and troubleshooting technical issues. Rafael will also work with clients on site.

Rafael brings business intelligence experience to his role at TWT. In the past, he’s configured servers and created ETL projects in different cases with SSIS and SQL Server.

In his spare time, Rafael likes watching movies and World Cup soccer.
