TWT Group Celebrates 100 Clients

It’s been a busy few months here at TWT Group.

We’ve been growing thanks to word of mouth and working with new clients in Grande Prairie, Vancouver, Red Deer and Edmonton. Shawn Freeman, TWT’s operations manager, has been travelling to visit these clients and get their networks up and running.

We’re excited to announce that we are now serving 100 clients — and we're still growing. We’ve come a long way since launching in 2011 with a handful of clients in Calgary.

We’d like to say thank you. Thank you for recommending us to your friends and colleagues, and thank you for trusting us as your IT services provider. Our clients are the reason we’re thriving and we want to continue providing you with exceptional service.

Here’s how we plan to do that.

We’ll continue hiring the best people: Our employees come to us with experience. We don’t want you paying consulting fees for a junior technician who is still learning. Our technicians are capable and knowledgeable, and anyone new we add to the team will be the same.

We’ll keep treating our people like people: We’ve championed several innovative policies here at TWT. We don’t have a head office and instead ask our staff to work from home. This lets them take care of important things like fitness, healthy cooking and family responsibilities while they work. We know our people have lives outside of TWT and we like creating an environment that supports those lives. They are happier and more productive as a result.

We strongly believe that our employees will treat our clients the way they themselves are treated.

We also don’t have to cover the cost of a fancy office, which means we don’t pass that cost on to you, our client.

We also have a paid, paid vacation policy. We pay our staff to take a vacation, granted they promise to book a flight and go somewhere new. They return to their jobs feeling happy and refreshed, and end up serving you better.

We’ll consistently provide value: We don’t disappear after setting up your IT network. We monitor your systems and anticipate problems before you do. We’re busy in the background researching tech solutions that will make your business run smoother and save you time and money.

You won't find us selling you the Small Business Server (SBS 2011) when it's already slated to be discontinued.

Ultimately, we want to arm you with the tools you need to stay relevant and get ahead of your competition.
