If your request is urgent, you’ll speak to one of our consultants immediately; otherwise, we’ll find the best technician for your issue and make sure they get back to you within 30 minutes.
If you’re having a tech problem and call us, our receptionist here in Calgary will get some information from you and find the best person to help. We’ll get started on finding a solution (we might even have fixed it by the time we call you back!). If you’re trying to reach one of us in particular, feel free to ask for us by name and the receptionist will connect you.
